Someone emailed me this recipe. Going out to dinner tonight with a few friends, returning to my place for dessert. Thought I’d test this out. Conclusion? Yummy AND easy.

Nutella Cake In A Cup

(I wanted small desserts so I made mine in espresso cups and this recipe filled six. Entire recipe took less than 10 minutes to make and bake.)

Ingredients:

1 egg

4 tablespoons self rising flour

4 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons milk

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

3 tablespoons Nutella

Whisk all the above ingredients together with a fork until smooth. Pour into cups about 3/4 full. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes depending on the cup size and microwave wattage. Top with whipped cream and a little chocolate sauce, nutella or cocoa powder. Enjoy!
